My four channel installation N30: Live at the WTO Protest November 30, 1999 is up and running at the Henry Art Gallery in Seattle until January 30, 2010.
Back in December, I was a guest on KUOW 94.9 FM's program Weekday for The Sound of Noise, Part II: The Soundscape of Your Life. Host Steve Scher and I talked about sound, listening, and field recording; the show is archived at the above link. Also, Ben Tausig annotated the show with additional links and insights.
I recently penned a tribute to my late teacher, Maryanne Amacher.
Seattle Metropolitan magazine named me as someone to invite to the The Perfect Party along with an eclectic line up that includes Billy Joel, Maurice Sendak, and Caryl Turner.
Apparently, Hell has frozen over. I'm on myspace. Also look for a substantial (and compliant!) site redesign at the end of 2009!
